Walking with heavy backpack might not
be something that sounds good. But after a days
trekking through panoramic views, you get the
feeling of freedom and suddenly life feels better.
It’s an inner experience of satisfaction that when
you come to the mountain lodging, there will be food
waiting for you, a warm sauna that will soften up
those sore feet and aching backs..
This short tour is for beginners and
we will walk between 15 – 20 km a day. Lunch will be
prepared by the guide, while you enjoy the nature!
From Ljungdalen we will leave all unnecessary things
we don’t need during the trek. It will be shipped to
our last destination, Vålådalen.
The first day we will take an
afternoon trek to the glacier of Helags, Sweden’s
most southern glacier. From Helags we will make our
way to Sylarna, afterwards many will probably sleep,
others take on the boots, take the coffee pot and
head our way up to Sylarnas peak. We will enter a
spectacular mile long view, which will let you see
into Norway. The tour will be surrounded by these
views, many that will make you breathless. We will
pass a small cabin where we will stay the night
before we end up at Vålådalen.
Before leaving the mountains we will
take a refreshing shower and sauna, feel the
strength in the body coming back and eat the last
dinner together.
