How to book

1. Decide on your trip & date.
Contact us to confirm availability of the date you would like to book.

2. Send your deposit.
A 20% deposit of the total fee (excl. animal fees) is required within one week of making a reservation.

3. We send you a pre-trip packet. This packet will include:

  • A confirmation of your reservation
  • Information and details of the trip
  • A letter of invitation
  • A suggested equipment list

4. Arrange your travel arrangements
You need to arrange your transport to and from your home. Please inform us about your arrival and departure times so we can arrange transfer.

5. Your final payment.
The balance of the trip cost is to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If a hunt is canceled by the clients, there will be no return of the deposit unless all parties agree to any changes. We will make every effort to allow you to change dates to another opening for the same package. We will also try to allow you to switch to some other suitable package, open on a date you can go, or even allow you to transfer your deposit to another client to take your place, but if nothing can be arranged, you will lose your deposit.

Non-performance
We reserve the right to cancel for unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we choose to cancel a trip, we will give a full refund.

Booking Policy

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice any time prior to reservation.

  • A package is reserved when the client commits to sending a deposit of 20% of the total cost.

  • Reservations are held for one week to allow for deposit delivery.

  • A trip is not booked until a deposit is received.

  • Once booked, the terms of a package are considered set in stone, unless all parties agree to any changes.

  • The deposit is the client's assurance that they will make the trip.

  • If a trip is canceled by the clients, there will be no return of the deposit unless all parties agree to any changes. We will make every effort to allow you to change dates to another opening for that same package. We will also try to allow you to switch to some other package open on a date you can go, or even allow you to transfer your deposit to another client to take your place, but if nothing can be arranged, you will lose your deposit.

  • If the trip is canceled by us, the deposit will be returned. We will however not be responsible for moneys spent by client(s) for trip preparation prior to our cancellation

  • Unless stated otherwise, the balance due on a trip is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

  • No checks will be accepted.

  • Animal fees are due to be paid in cash at time of hunting, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • A wounded animal is any animal leaving blood, whether recovered or not and to be paid for according to the pricelist as wounded game; no exceptions to this policy.

  • Anyone not acting in a safe and/or sportsmanlike manner in the opinion of the guide may be made to leave and no refund of any kind will be offered.

  • A liability waiver and an acceptance of rules must be signed by all participants upon arrival in before any activities commences.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
