One of the best ways, according to us, to spend a
summer day, is on the mountain, laying in the sun
and waiting for the fish.
Join in on a great mountain fishing trip in southern
Jämtland. The trip starts with helicopter transfer
up to the mountain where we will make camp. The rest
of the day will be spent fishing and finally a well
deserved dinner. During the upcoming days we will
make day tours from the base camp. Depending on the
fishing we might move the camp. You
will have the opportunity to fish for char and
wild trout. Don't miss the fantasticmidnight
fishing!
Accommodation will be in tent and the guide will
prepare all meals. Sleeping bags, waders, backpacks
and fishing equipment are available for rental.
We normally use fly fishing on the mountain but if
you prefer using other equipment you are of course
welcome to do so. Your guide will be to your
assistance during the whole trip and will help you
to make this fishing experience memorable for a long
time. If you never have tried fly fishing before or
would like to improve you skills,
tell your guide and he will assist you.
Day
1 - Arrival to Camp Nordic Footprints, dinner
and briefing

2 - Departure and transfer to the mountain, afternoon fishing.

3 and 4 - Fishing all day and nights
Day
5 - After breakfast we break the camp and the
helicopter picks us up for transfer back down to
reality. We are back at Camp NoF around 3
pm and you can choose to stay a night before you
leave.
All
meals are included except lunch on the fifth day if
you don't ad an extra night.
